I've been with this bank for years and last week my debit card was stolen by someone I thought was a friend of mine. They stole over $300 from me. The bank refuses to give me my money back because I knew the girl and I had let her use my debit card in the past when I was sick with covid-19. It's Christmas time and this girl stole all my money and I have nothing and the bank won't make it right. I filed a police report and pressed charges against the person who stole my card. Prior to this incident I loved banking with them but now they're leaving me broke.
Nice bank and nice tellers.
