Update: It ended up being a deleted def fluid and exhaust. because this was illegal to sell the vehicle they ended up paying for the fix. I'll give them three stars because they did pay for the work to be done. Problem is because of those deleted items I'm still having problems with the truck. Just do your research. Update: I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. I have been working with Markosian for almost a month to try and get my cruise control working. Even though it said in the ad it had cruise control. Having it and having it working are apparently 2 different things. I will continue to work with them but the most important service to me is what happens after the sale. Original Post: We worked with Rob Rice to purchase a truck from Markosian Auto. We have been looking for a vehicle for the past month and they definitely had a great vehicle at a good price. Rob was willing to work with us and felt like he had our best interests in mind. So far Rob has addressed all my concerns making sure I was happy with the purchase. We have ran into a little problem with the vehicle and will update the review after it is resolved.

Markosian Auto in Taylorsville was AMAZING! They helped me out when no other dealership would. I walked away with a smoking deal and a beautiful 2017 Nissan Sentra. The process was quick, easy, and ended up affordable. If you need help getting a vehicle, I guarantee you they can help no problem

This place is great! Fair and honest people. Luis Nieves knew exactly what to get me looking at and got my money situation dialed into exactly where I wanted it to be. They are very flexible and reasonable, if you work with them, they work with you. Give them a call if you need help getting a car during these terrible times. And before you go thinking "oh he just has good credit" WRONG! I have bad credit and they STILL got me what I want.

Look at the details of the vehicle advertised. Look VERY closely. We drove three hours one way to look at an advertised F250 Diesel at a great price. We did a test drive virtually and loved it. Once we arrived we realized it was not diesel, it was gas. Some other little things they stated it had (power windows) were not there. We ultimately walked away. When this was brought to their attention they apologized and justified the price value with us, but our need was a Diesel which we had expressed. Be very thorough and make sure you are getting exactly what you wanted.

I don’t know what their deal is with leasing cars out with remote batteries under the back passenger seat - regardless of make and model - with no protective shielding over the battery, and wiring harness bound together with electrical tape, but that is pure negligence, as that negligence had caught the back seat on fire with two children sitting back there! We were lucky that they didn’t get caught in that fire, but that is absolutely ridiculous! Don’t lease a car from them, if they’re this negligent with the safety! Edit: I will not be calling you, as I didn’t lease the car from you. My mother did.
