I don't know anything about cars, but Reno explained everything clear and simple. I felt confident and sure of my purchase. 10/10 would recommend if you're purchasing a car!!!
My husbands health is failing and we needed a great car. Dependable for spur of the moment trips to the hospital, comfortable to drive and to ride in, good on gas and something new enough we would feel good in driving to family functions. There was one more important feature.... affordable. Sounds like we were asking for the moon. With less than par credit i felt as though this list would not be possible. But we were treated with respect, friendliness and Robby and the team bent over backwards and went to all extents. The end story is that we drove home in a wonderful car feeling dignified and safe in our loan and in our car. Thank You West Auto! It seems surreal in this day and age. Great cars on the lot great team to work with .

We found a great car at a great price at this friendly dealership, the salesman and finance manager were very upfront and helpful. We were in and out in an hour and a half and when my battery seemed weak the next day they replaced it free of charge within 10 minutes. Would highly recommend
Jamin, Reno and Tatiana were great to with! Very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The dealership is clean and inviting. Overall our purchase experience was phenomenal.
