So I gave these people 5 stars when we first purchased our vehicle back in June. When we signed the contract we were offered a 5 year bumper to bumper extended warranty for a fairly reasonable price so we added it to the finance package. Our credit union approved the loan and everything was fine and dandy until we recently received a letter from the warranty place stating that our extended warranty had been canceled for "non payment". When I went back to the dealership to address this with the owner, I was politely informed by some guy that the owner of Blue Motors had filed for bankruptcy and the dealership was no longer in business. We have been in contact with Utah's Attorney General and hopefully either this guy will give us our money back, or the state files charges for defraud.

Updated after purchasing a second vehicle from them: I purchased a car in late June and haven't gotten the title or plate. They are listed as temporarily closed and will not return calls. After reading a few other similar experiences, there seems to be something wrong with the dealership/business. I am dealing with the dmv on how to get a title. What a headache and poor purchase experience. Original: I stumbled on this dealership while looking for a new car. The experience I had was great. It was a no pressure sales environment, the car was in near perfect condition, the sales staff were very friendly and professional. They were able to accommodate in house or bring your own financing. Each car comes with its full carfax report along with a blue star inspection for piece of mind. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair price and a great car buying experience.

Bought my car in March and have had multiple issues with it. Weird noises from front end, have had AC compressor replaced, heated seat element replaced, rear brake caliper replaced, and still can't get the check engine light figured out. Each visit to shop is $100 deductible but they won't cover random things like bolts or foam for the seat, so far I'm at $400 plus the $2000 that I spent on the warranty. At least it's covering most things. But seriously, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!! Total junk !!!! Learn from my mistake!!!! Original Review: Really wish I would've read the warranty paperwork instead of listening to the finance guy. Was told "Everything but the clutch is covered!". I even asked about specific parts of the car and he said, "Yes, everything." Well here I am, one month later paying out of pocket for a check engine light that came on one week after buying the car. Selling things is his job, I get it, but lying either on purpose or not, is not appreciated.

Went into the dealership to look at a particular car. When I showed up there was a tent out front because of social distancing. There was a couple threatening to call the police and waiting for a response due to a particular situation. The employee (he was very nice) came to help us to look at the car we wanted to consider. The couple looked at us and said do not buy a car from this dealership. We took that into thought and went to go look at the car to see what it was like anyway. The employee went the extra to grab keys to all similar vehicles. We ended up looking at all 5 similar vehicles and every single one of them smelled horrible. One of them I couldn't even tolerate to sit in it smelled so bad. Also every vehicle even though some had minimal miles seemed like it had been not taken care off, between stains, panels missing by the wheels and trim coming off. I would encourage if you decide to consider this dealership to look the car over very well. Yes, they do have good prices but I have determined there is a reason why. I would lead to believe most vehicles this dealership purchases at auction are the ones no other dealership wants.

They raised the price on the vehicle by $600 without explanation and added an unnecessary warranty and gap waiver totaling about $3000. Whenever I call to cancel those expenses they always say that their finance guy is busy but they will call me back within 24 hours. They never call back. This has happened 5 times. I still have not heard back from them. They are incredibly shady, completely ignore you after you sign the contract. They are extremely unprofessional and neglect important details that affect their customers. I do not recommend purchasing a car from them. My vehicle was listed at $10.5k and right now my loan amount is $16.5k. This is ridiculous. I am still working to get those expenses taken off but honestly, this is not worth the trouble. Don't buy from them. They will take advantage of you at every turn.
