They need better organization, you need to call 10 times to actually get a hold of someone. The pediatrician staff and obgyn are awesome.

Worst place to get medical care. Staff is very friendly and courteous, but I was calling for 2 weeks about me not having anymore insulin left and then after 2 weeks they finally sent a prescription to my pharmacy but the prescription was for insulin that I had to inject with a syringe and they didn’t prescribe me syringes. This place is the worst doctors office I have ever had to deal with. They say have patience. How much more patience can I have when I literally don’t and can’t get the medicine I need to live ? I’ve been sending emails and coicemails and I don’t get any response or call back at all. This is terrible.
