Had good service with them for some time. They incorrectly submitted my payment information for a policy and it got cancelled. I understand we are human and mistakes happen and continued business with them.nnWell there was an error with my payment again the following year. Insurance was cancelled once again and some time went by before the agent or myself noticed. They could no longer get me coverage and told me I had to go on some expensive state plan. I asked them to pay the difference between my original policy and the new one since they made the mistake, once again. The officer / owner as well as the manager told me there was nothing they were willing to do.nnIf you want good service, integrity, and a company that will take care of their mistakes then RDA is not your business partner. I asked them to fix what amounted to around a $500 mistake and they refused to take responsibility. I had been a customer for years and giving them on average about five policies per year. I now do business with an insurance agency that sees me as a customer instead of just a revenue source.

Absolutely dropped the ball when it comes to customer service. 0 help when I comes to help with dealing with Mafre insurance. Tell you they're going to call you when they know they don't intend to.nCalled to try and get some help, and was hung up on by Nancy. Asked to speak to the executive team and low and behold no phone call. They don't want to help all they want is your money. Seek insurance elsewhere. THEY SUCK. AND LUCKY FOR YOU GOOGLE MAKES YOU PICK ATLEAST 1 STAR SHOULD BE LESS THAN 1. YOU OWE ME A COUPLE STARS. YOU'LL NEVER A ANOTHER $ FROM ME.
