We have used this service twice to attempt to find a leak. They have been unable to find the leak both times, which is fine (may not be a plumbing leak), but they charged me more after I disclosed I was choosing them over my insurance covered option and they did not check the water meter.nnThe cost was reasonable, the service was fast, and I was told the two guys were friendly. They did not disclose to my mother the status of the water meter which would help rule out a plumbing leak and checking it ourselves would be the sort of hassle I hired plumbers to look at.nnI would use them again, one star for the $7 up charge and one star for not disclosing if they checked the water meter.
