From the first phone call, Hammock Plumbing proved the perfect choice for my needs. They made my appointment, followed up a couple of days before and called when they were on the way. I woke to find a pipe had burst on my main water line in the front yard to the house - deep freeze for a few days. I called to try and get them to come out, but they were booked solid with the same issues all over the area. Keep in mind this was a pipe (pressure regulator) they installed earlier the summer before. To my surprise, they had a 30 minute window between jobs and they chose to come look over my problem! They found it was not any of the work they had done but instead was cause by the original hardware install when the house was built. They proceeded to repair the leak in record time. Most importantly, they did not charge me for the repair even though it was somebody else’s mistake AND they were super busy! These guys are solid customer experts and master plumbers. You won’t go wrong giving them a call and they are worth the wait. Don’t make a mistake - call these guys for all plumbing needs!

Professional and response. Hot water heater went out and on a Saturday, Mr. Hammock arrived at the scheduled time, looked at the old, went and got the new and installed it quickly. I worked out of town for many years and trusted them to perform only the needed functions for my family and they did. If it is not needed or warranted, they will not do the work unless you insist. My wife and I know we can trust them to be fair and professional. No need to call anyone else.

Very knowledgeable honest family owned/operated business. Could have easily charged me for things I didn’t need instead explained to me why I didn’t need what I thought I did... quickly found the clog in the septic line, cleared it and off they went. Highly recommend!
