I would not even give this place one star, but in order to leave a review I had to. Very unprofessional instead of meeting with me after driving 1.5 hrs to drop off paperwork for my mom who has dementia admin calls me as I am sitting in one one of their rockers to tell me she had been denied. Sirens were going off all over the place. This place is unprofessional, uncaring, and after seeing workers exit glad they did deny her.

Crowne Health Care was an excellent choice for my mother. They let her have her independence within reason. The caregivers and staff always treated her with love and respect..so much that they would even call and check on her anytime she had to be in the hospital. Anytime we had questions or concerns they were easy to contact and kept families in the loop. I think Crowne is a great choice for anyone's love ones!

These are finest group of people you will ever come in contact with. They truly care for the residents and the rehab personnel are top notch. If I could I would give them 10 stars.

My mom was a resident here before her death in 2009 and my brother was just there for 21 days for rehab after a hospital stay. And a good friend is currently there for rehab after a hospital stay.
