Two issues. Called to cancel home insurance we sold our home. Took over a week because the emails sent to cancel were not coming thru for electronic signature. Took over 2 week, which means they were paid for 2 week we didn't need ins. Also my car side mirror got hit in a parking lot. Reported it, went thru all the bs just to be told by the auto body place they suggested I would be paying out of pocket. My deductible was 500.00. They should have told me that and I could have shopped around for a better price. Frankly insurance co. On a whole are a rip off. Only companies in country that are GUARANTEED a profit. And why do I have to go thru an agent. All storms now are named, house car gets damaged...oh well it was named storm we are not responsible to cover. Okay rant over.
