The worst place and customer service I've ever seen!. Especially the Father !!! I called to make an appointment and asked could they tell what my co pay would be I was rudely told they couldn't check and to call back but they had to make sure my insurance was active, but couldn't check my co pay really . The daughter wasn't patient with my 7 yr old . That place is a Joke . We definitely will not be returning there. I wish I didn't have to leave any stars because they do not deserve it.

The staff here are very rude and aggressive. They don't treat patients with respect.

I was very pleased with the service at Eufaula Eye Associates. From the moment I walked in they were very friendly and answered my questions in reference to my insurance coverage. I've never had such a thorough eye exam and I love my new glasses!

So glad I chose Eufaula Eye. Not a place for a quick eye exam. Dr. Osmer really took the time to not only check me for new glasses and update my CL prescription but she did a thorough eye health eval. Been having trouble with floaters - dilated me and found out it was nothing serious. Staff was very knowledgeable about my insurance too.Very reassuring. Will definitely go back.

My wife and I love this office. Dr. Benavides and his staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. It's a real neighborhood doctor's office and I always feel like and old friend when I walk in - whether it's to pick something up, browse the selection of eyewear, or set up an appointment.nnFrom routine check-ups to immediate eye problems, the whole staff is ready and able to help. I highly recommend Eufaula Eye.
