I have been using Premier and their Comfort Club for over a year now. We bought an older house and have had a few plumbing issues and their services have been great for us. Chris and Bryan were very responsive and professional. Had a toilet issue and a clogged line that needed to be cleared. We were very pleased with their work.
Premier Service Co. is an outstanding company with which to work!! We had a pretty major pipe issue after water heater installation (by other company) in my home. Savannah got us scheduled for me next day; Chris and Bryan arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and provided recommended solutions along with pricing. They provided additional products/services outside of their original quote just so that the issue could not only be 'fixed', but to also ensure this issue would not arise in the future Both very knowledgeable of plumbing systems, both general and specific. Repairs were made the and work was done quickly and efficiently. Excellent service, respectful of my home, and both just super nice guys!nnThe follow up from Savannah I received several days after the work was complete was above and beyond the typical service call. Premier came out to provide an estimate and consult on the install. The technician was professional and listened and provided input to help eliminate unnecessary cost.nThe day the technicians arrived for the installation they arrived on time and completed the install by the end of the day. My service guy was excellent. He repaired my gas line for my kitchen range. Without his repair, we were not only out of a functioning stove, but we went a few days without heat. Your guys came in and immediately gave my family piece of mind. It has been a few weeks since he did the repair. Yet, I appreciated his service so much that I called in to get this opportunity to commend his work. I thank him and I thank Premier.
Two repair guys showed up as promised and they figured out what needed to be done to fix our problem. Both techs were attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. Both techs were patient and sweet with my dogs.
