I have always been happy with my experiences at Flowers At Wendi's . Every time our family places an order it is always delivered on time and the arrangements have always been beautiful. I appreciated the great communication I have directly with Wendi and her knowledge of the products she carries. From the first time I used Flowers At Wendi's till my most recent order received from her at Valentines Day (from my husband) I have been so pleased with her service. At 8:41AM it shows that the business is open. Only to drive all the way to Northport and they were closed. Called, but got no answer. Calls were actually transferred to cellphone without any type of voicemail stating what there actual business hours are. Needless to say, they are not even posted on the door of the business.

Ordered flowers days before Valentines and they charged my card same day but on Valentines no flowers. At least a heads up that they weren’t going to deliver would have been nice so I could have picked up something for a gift. Very disappointing.

Of course Valentine's day is ridiculously busy. But to have flowers delivered at 6 pm when you called days ahead, not good.
