Unfortunately quite disappointed with the flowers for my grandmothers funeral. I requested a 150$ white one sided fan flower arrangement. To receive pictures that there were carnations, mums, and tight lilies in that size of arrangement made me feel that the florist took advantage of my money. There should have been roses and/or hydrangea. You must tell them exactly what you want and provide flowers or a photo or they will take advantage of the price you give the florist.

I ordered an arrangement from Forget Me Not Floral & Gifts for same day delivery which was confirmed. Then, I find out the next day that the flowers were not delivered. They said they did not deliver because no one answered the phone, but only 1 voicemail was left on the recipients phone at around 12:00 pm. There was no attempt to contact me to find a way to get in touch with the recipient.nnNo delivery was made even by 10:00 the next morning or any attempt to contact the recipient. I was completely dissatisfied with my experience with Forget Me Not Floral & Gifts.
