I went in looking for a pillow, the store was clean and presentable. I spoke with John Puccio, the manager and he was absolutely wonderful. He was personable, respectful, and clearly wanted to help my girlfriend and I. I ended up purchasing a mattress and a pillow, the service was impeccable. 100% recommend this store.

Very accommodating, had previously gone to Cardi's furniture which wanted me to wait because they did not have what I wanted and they were waiting for parts to come in, I asked Cardi's that if I bought a bedroom set also would they cut me a deal on the mattress and box spring and frame and they said no but I would get a waffle maker. So I went to mattress firm and they didn't have what I wanted but they did show me something else which I agreed and they gave me a break on the price which I am very pleased with, because as a former employee of Cardi's I know that there Mark up is 400 percent and higher, so sorry Cardi's and thank you mattress firm.
