A co - worker's mother passed away. My department wanted to send our condolences for the family. I called and explained what we would like to have sent to the church for the memorial service. I was very impressed with the customer service I received. Needless to say, the spray I ordered was delivered and it was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!nGREAT PRICE and great quality arrangement!nThe arrangement size, freshness, quality, and over all craftsmanship amazed me. Have used this florist many times everything from a spray for a casket to prom flowers, all arrangements have been fantastic!
My nephew in Montgomery called to place an order to send Mother's Day flowers to my home in Semmes. He was told to call back. He did so for 2 days leaving messages with no response. He finally gave up and called to tell me of his attempt to make my day special apologizing for his failure due to you. He knew how much it would mean to me knowing talking to my son was impossible. I love him more than ever for the thought but was I who apologized to him for the horrible service he received from my hometown florist. My heart breaks thinking of how sad he was as he told me the story.
