Katelyn is outstanding with her knowledge of different types of floor tiles, she is sweet honest and very fair with her advice whether you purchase from her store or somewhere else...she rocks.. and by the way the store is clean and sanitized
I have dealt with CarpetPlus 3 times and all 3 times have gone great. We had 3 types of flooring installed over the last couple of years. The finished product is excellent and the installers are professional. I highly recommend buying from this family business because they really went above and beyond for us.
I’ve had nothing but excellent service when I’ve visited carpet plus color tile. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they work with you to find what you want and don’t push you to spend more. I love being able to shop local and still get amazing service. It’s the only place we will go.
Katelynn is fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect floor for our kitchen and dining room! It was not what we expected and when we took the sample home, it was like “Yes! This is it!” It took us four years to pick out this floor and it was worth the wait! We’re having them do our bathroom floor next! The install crew was also fantastic! Completely satisfied with Carpet Plus!
