Set my appointment up for a yearly checkup, bc my insurance co emailed saying it was time for my free yearly exam... the doc office told me when I set up appt it was free to me, that insurance covers it. I was still charged a copay. I was referred by the doc to another doc for additional problems, whom I called the day I was referred and set up an appt. 2 days later another office called bc they were sent my info by the original doc I saw, but the wrong info was sent so the office could not even set up an appt. I called this office back and let them know what was going on. They said they would call me back...2 weeks later I finally receive a call telling me since I had additional issues that I discussed with the doc that the original appt wasn't considered a check up and so I was charged the copay. They also tried to tell me they couldn't set up my referral appt... which didn't even make sense since they gave me a referral sheet AND sent a referral doc my info. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOC OFFICE.
