Dr. Dinning took Dr. Philips place when he retired. I Really Like Him. Would tell anyone looking for a primary care physician to go see him.

I really like him and the staff but been trying to get them to fax something for the military for over a month and the recruiter still hasn't got it and trying to get through to the office is almost impossible.

Dr. Phillips is a very good primary care physician.. he listens to you, he explains his medical decisions concerning your care in layman's terms, an I've never been rushed out..I've had very little problems getting pre approval concerning insurance, an the lab technicians are friendly, an competent...I would highly recommend Dr. Phillips an Dr. Parks.

Dr Phillips is great, but the staff is incompetent. I have made appointments and taken time off work twice only to find out that they wouldnt see me because it somehow didnt get saved in their computer. The last straw was having trouble sleeping for a week, they couldnt fit me in to see anyone for over 2 weeks. If you've ever been unable to sleep, it will make you insane. No understanding whatsoever. I have to find a new Dr just so I can see someone before I die.
