I paid and went through the car wash but the brushes were not working. I asked the attendant and was told the brushes were not working right now. I asked for a refund or maybe a coupon for a free or discounted carwash on another day. I was told the manager refused. I was polite but I won't be going back. I just wanted the service I had paid for. I'll wash my own car next time.
Fun to ride through gets my jeep fairly klean
I know the employees want to help customers at the entrance with selecting a wash but we are in the time of Covid. Standing at my car window especially with NO MASK is ridiculous!!!! Stop it! If all vacuums work that's good, because it can get crowded sometimes.
