Ordered an ARE cap for my Gladiator. Took a while for it to come in, but was worth the wait. The customers service was great and questions were answered quickly. The installation was meticulous. They made sure that I was satisfied with the installation. Would recommend.

Amazing customer service! I was unfortunately put into abide by U-Haul, and Camper City came to the rescue. I was able to order the parts I needed and get my tow hitched installed on my truck in only two days. I can’t thank them enough.
We needed a base plate for a tow bar on our mini cooper so that we can tow behind our RV . I was going to call around but Kevin at Camper City was excellent on my first call so I stopped there. From that first call to completion he was friendly and helpful. I was in somewhat uncharted territory but he made it clear and suggested what I had forgotten I needed. They were ready when I got there and my car was done and ready to go before I expected it to be at exactly the price he had told me on the phone 23 days prior. After we got home I realized I was a little unclear on the way the tow bar attached so he took the time to text me two pictures of the correct way to do that. ABOVE AND BEYOND. 5 stars. Thanks Kevin. It was worth driving 35 miles each way!!
