No WiFi for a 12 hour trip - driver had no clue how to fix. Absolutely worthless. Would not recommend this company.

The worst bus company it is. We just recently traveled with this company last week and we paid over 7,000.00. The driver pick us up on the wrong bus inwhich we had already loaded. So then we had to unload ourselves and let him go get the right bus and load again only to get on that bus with two water leaks on both sides of the bus. Could you imagine riding 10hrs to your destination there and back with water leaking on your head. Contacted the company that same morning before we left they told me they didn't have another bus to send but assured me that we would receive a refund when we got back only to get back home and they tell us they would only give us back 500 of the 7,000.00 we spent. Beware NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A PURE RIP OFF!!!!!
