Great place to catch monster catfish

Place was clean and well kept. A beautiful quiet place to sit, observe the beauty of the Tennessee River, and have a quiet but lively conversation with friends. Enjoyed meeting people from Nashville who were also there to view a historic dam and beautiful river.
Really good spot to see the Sam from the high side. If you are fishing don't cast with a sinker, there is a ridge line that runs under water about 10 feet out from the overlook that is a really bad snag spot. Couldn't see it until I got the boat in the water and picked it up on clear view.
I came here because my daughter is in Florence Alabama hospital in ICU . this place has kept me calm and relaxed . I love it here
