I came to Belk for the first time the other day and I was having such a hard time finding things but your employee Mildred was such an angel and helped me find everything I was looking for! She was an absolute gem and didn’t once make me feel bad for asking questions. Mildred was super knowledgeable about the store and I don’t know what I would have done without her! You guys are lucky to have that sweet girl!

The sales and coupons are always great!! And the staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping at Belk!

The only good thing I can say is that they're still there. Walls and shelves were empty and looked like they were going out of business. I usually buy most of my Christmas gifts at belk and get stuff for myself. I bought nothing this year.

Disappointed in pants. My boyds are extra slim and tall. 29x34 not available. I know now what my Mom said when I was their age.

Slow customer service at the jewelry counter, even after asking for assistance. Otherwise, not bad.
