I have used Cox Septic Cleaning for many years. I absolutely love how friendly and efficient they are. My service has always been exceptional. They are quick and get the job done right. I will never use another septic tank service ever. Thanks so much for all your hard work threw the years.

I was in a bind and sewage was backing up in my house. I called multiple septic service companies and the soonest they could come was 3-4 days. My toilets were overflowing and we could not bathe or shower. I contacted Matt and he told me he could be at my house the next day. Due to weather he could not come the next day which is understandable. The next day came and he told me he was behind and could not come until the following morning first thing at 7:30. I was still understanding and did not fuss. Took another morning off of work only to be stood up. I called around 9 to see if he was still coming. He did not answer so I left a message. I never got a call back and I never heard back from him. I called two more times throughout the day with no call back. Here I am on a Friday where all septic services are closed for the weekend. I cannot even turn on my kitchen sink without sewage coming up in the toilets and shower. Not once did I ever get upset with Matt or act as a rude customer. This is why I do not feel bad for rating him so low. I rated Cox septic a 1 star because it would not allow me to leave 0. I do not recommend this type of customer service to anyone.
