I shared a room with my grandma. The room was huge and the bathroom was spacious. From the maids to the breakfast staff this is the best service I have ever encountered. T served breakfast she is awesome. I would totally recommend.

This is where I stay when working in the Florence area. Very clean, very friendly staff and the rooms are always immaculate! I highly recommend this hotel.
Hire an entirely new staff because from the moment I entered the hotel, I was made to feel very unwelcomed. I have never been treated more poorly than the way the hotel staff at the Florence, AL location treated me. I would never recommend anyone to even think about staying there. I would sleep in my car before giving them another dollar. Its sad that no one has to answer to anyone about the long list of issues that need to immediately be addressed.
The room was nice but they put us in a room where the elevator were close by and it made loud noises all through the night which we had to change rooms because of it and the refrigerator was making very loud noises also and I think they knew that. I think because we were black they put us in the worst room that was available. That's just my opinion.
