The rooms are clean and spacious. Great rates, too. They are pet friendly and have smoking rooms. There is also a small area for truck parking, its a gravel lot beside the motel, enough room for maybe 2 trucks.
Smells like pot coming from the bathroom vent. Dried up puke by the ice machine, The room was clean. The AC sounds like a blown rod on a V8 engine. No designated place for pets to go potty. You have to walk them off site. The counter agent does not offer any information about the property, your room location and any other common information that is provided to guests checking in. BTW no breakfast due to COVID. the counter person did not state this at time of checking in and nor does the website. Worst part is they charge you a $40.00 deposit. When you check out you hand them back a hand written receipt and you get your money back. This is a stupid policy.
The heat and air system needs cleaned out . The person at the window u can't hear a word she said. I suggest they put in a speaker or u call to talk to them while standing there .also 1 washcloth for 2 people. Other than that not to bad of a place for the price
When I booked this place thru priceline I thought it would be a lot nicer than it is. There is also a 40$ check in fee that was never mentioned on the website. Burnt out plugs, shoddy a/c. Unfriendly front desk. Not able to check out because no one's at the desk.
Service is excellent and rooms are very clean house keepers are amazing and helpful parking is great and pet friendly id give more stars..im Tina Dabbs if your looking for great stay stay at red roof inn in muscle shoals Alabama
