I was able to pick and book my room online easily. Check in was quick and simple, very polite receptionist also. As for the room, I was rather pleased with the cleanliness throughout the room. Definitely will be booking another room in the future!
Everyone is really nice, the rooms are really nice, and the prices are great! I love it here. You can even rent a week at a time. It's awesome here!
We were getting a apartment that was to be ready on Monday and it's Saturday and the person running the front desk said it was 61.05 and said my card declined but it had 63 on it so I said take off 51.05 and I give u ten so when I see receipt it says 51.05 off card but my card said 61.05 was took off...the first time she tried to charge 73.05 that's why declined...so with ten I gave her and 61.05 it was 71.05..she wouldn't even discuss it and it was only enough time to check balance before I went back to show her..she said it must be a fee...so I believe she is charging more if u use card thinking u won't miss it or she will make excuse so if u want to get stole from come here...
We stayed here for 2 weeks. They tell you to put dirty sheets and stuff outside by your door to be washed. I put sheets and blankets outside 2-3 times in 2 weeks and they got mad and accused me of doing it every day which I didn't and said they refused to wash my sheets and blankets daily. For starters I didn't do it daily. It happened 3 times in 2 weeks. 2 even if I did, which I didn't, its their job to wash the sheets and blankets. 3 they kicked us out after 2 weeks. Would not let us renew. We stayed to ourselves. Didnt bother any one. Our 4 year old son found a syringe with needle in it hidden under the sink! They said they would come look to check the room but never did. This is by far the worst motel ever! Ive never been treated so poorly by anyone. Will not be going back there ever! If I could give 0 stars I would.
This is a drug hole, and desk manager does not care about the comfort of the guest!! Never clean never quite, and absolutely NEVER cozy!!!! There was blood sprayed on the wall in the bath room, i asked to be moved and she refused me!!
