Good doctor. Terrible service. Charge way to much. 200 just to be a new patient. My sons surgery cost less

Warning-long post ud83dude01 I can’t brag on this place enough. Before I ever had insurance I did not have good medical care and the doctors had no compassion. I never ever thought I would ever go to a place that had compassionate and caring people. Dr Richards is my primary care doctor and occasionally I have to go to the Sheffield office and they are always packed because those doctors are the absolute best and knowing that Dr Wampler picked them personally to come to the new place in Greenhill says a lot. He also kept Misty and since I live in that area I am glad they have a place out my way now. She is the absolute best!!! She is the kindest and most compassionate person and shows a lot of concern for her patients. Dr Richards is extremely knowledgeable and he is the first person who saw my left leg and said hey that’s Lymphedema and I had so much relief because o had suspected it and after hearing from a couple medical professionals that it was congestive heart failure and finding out their was not even any proper test before the so called diagnosis ended up concerning me. I am glad I found Dr Richards. A friend recommended him and I finally said it’s time for a change. I am going this coming week for a stress test and I’m nervous but I know they will take good care of me. I am going to the Sheffield office and I know it is a 30 minute drive but when it comes to your health that’s what you do. Misty is sending me over their and I’m relieved they are taking my new issue with my chest pains seriously. I pray it is only anxiety and I have a feeling it might be that. I quit taking my Tylenol and Advil and all that and after a couple days the chest pain has honestly eased and I had a feeling that might be it plus I’m going to work on my coffee drinking. I was honest and told her about my painkiller usage and my caffeine intake but she is still concerned enough because I’ve never had chest pain with this before. I will follow orders and still have that test. Oh and a shout out to the medical assistants also-they are the absolute best and put you at ease! I had to write this review because when you get good service you acknowledge that too and when you get very bad service that is enough to complain about you note that too. God bless all y’all over at Sheffield and Greenhill you are a God send ud83dude01
