Sherry Clounch is my NP and I love seeing her. She’s very compassionate and listens to my concerns. She gives great advice and I feel like she has my best interests at heart. She’s brilliant!

The nurses and staff are always pleasant and kind. Sherry is a great nurse prac. She's always very thorough with diagnostics. Shea also great at explaining medical diagnoses so they're understandable.

Dr. Sherry Clounch is still there, she was sweet the first visit but since I haven't been back in months (She never called me back or gave me a follow up appointment so I came back when I was sick) she gave me the nastiest attitude when I came back and got personal.nnI haven't been back in 2 years after that, I can't believe she's still there after she's known to discuss other patients visits with the staff at the desk even in font of other patients

1. Long wait times even when there's like only 1 other person theren2. Diagnosed me wrong and didn't check my body like a normal Dr.n3. HIPAA violations, gossiping with nurses about patientsn4. No real Doctors, just nurses playing dress up as a real Dr. and don't know what they're actually doing.n5. Rude attitudes and very unprofessional.

Most people that go here are on disability because of the Medicaid referral (it's now Medicare) and the fact that they have patients waiting for like 45+ minutes is disgusting, there's people with canes, wheelchairs and sick and they're sitting there waiting for a long period of time. When I went to the back I was waiting for almost an hour while I hear them laughing and having whole conversations in the hallway!nnAnd they never call me with updates on my blood work, they have my old phone number and never asked me for an update phone to contact me, they just don't care at this place, I do not like it here, never again!
