Very upset that I called and made an appointment to have my son tooth fixed b4 school starts. He had a tooth fixed 3yrs ago and its discolored. I also asked for a cleaning. The lady called me today for conformation for the appointment today and said I didn't make this appointment to fix his tooth or that they couldn't do it when I called to make the appointment. This is not true being that was the sole purpose for me calling. Now I have a week to find another dentist b4 school starts... Very displeased in how she handled herself on the phone and dont like being lied to about what was and wasn't said wen said appointment was made. I canceled my appointment and luckily found a dentist that would take him today and fix his tooth and give him a cleaning like what I made this appointment. Signature Smile is awesome. They took my stress away that was caused by this experience and I wouldn't advise any1 to do business here.
Hes a family dentist to me and ive had no issues i just started this year. But the rest of my family used him for years.
Dr Rushing is AWESOME and his staff is ver friendly and helpful
Good friendly people.. he pulled 4 teeth for me with no problems.. good experienced dentist..
