Clean, well kept, organized! Had products in store that we haven't been able to get at any other petstore! Friendly, helpful, 100% amazing!

The groomer did an excellent job. My only complaint was the customer service staff was not friendly nor helpful. I stood at the counter waiting for assistance and was ignored by 3 staffers. One walked past me and didn't even speak. I had to stop someone and ask about my pet.

There was a long line of people waiting to be checked out and only one register open in my long line I mean 8 to 10 people I'm not sure if the other lady had came out with a manager but she was not very nice bring up two people and went back in the back again I stood there 15 minutes waiting to get a dog printed. Otherwise a decent price for your animal

Love this place. I get my feeder rats here for for my snake at a reasonable price. And the staff are very friendly
