Impossible to get someone on the phone from their respective department & ask a question.nForget about anyone helping you (especially voluntarily)nA. Load your cart. If say, your getting a couple of sheets of drywall, or 2x4’s, or anything heavy etc.nB. Load your vehicle.nC. Finding anyone in a specific department to help you at all.nAnd I can’t really say that their main “orange” competition is any better.

Friendly employees and great items. Unfortunately they are well stocked for mobile home things like bathtubs. But everything else is great and great quality as well.

Well if you need help with something then good luck. I found even the simplest of questions not able to be answered. I think it should be a must to have experience in the field with the products you sell in each department.

Our refrigerator went out unexpectedly. Adam was very helpful. He looked to see in the Muscle Shoals store had the one I wanted and called in advanced to let them know I was on the way. I appreciate how he went over and above to help me.

I’ve shopped at this location since moving to Florence in 2008. In the past 12 months, I’ve noticed a vast change in customer service. The employees for the most part are either arrogant or condescending. They definitely have the attitude that it’s an inconvenience for them to help you and are overly sure of their answers. An example is telling me to go to a site to order an appliance part which I attempted. The domain is for sale! For me, I will take my business elsewhere that sees me as a valued customer.nnGood bye Lowe’s,nnNancy Tays
