Great company. We bought gas logs as a Christmas for present for my parents. We measured the wrong dimensions and bought the wrong size. They exchanged them with no problem and answered many questions as I was unfamiliar with logs and the process. Very nice employees.

Gentleman took a lot of time with me explaining my rain bird sprinkler. Hard to find good ole fashioned customer service like that any more. Super knowledgeable and you can tell they honestly care about your business. I will be back. Very impressed with these folks
