Michael went above and beyond what was required to get my plumbing repaired. He came back on Saturday to finish what he did not get completed Friday because of parts needed. His work was super fast and efficient. He left no mess at all. I will definitely use this company again and request Michael if I have any plumbing that needs doing. Superb work.

Lamar truly was the best. He has helped us twice and recommended everything we needed. The pricing for everything was very reasonable, but customer service was top notch.

Hot water heater went out at 0630 on Monday. At 1000 on Monday Kyle arrived at my home. Estimate was given and Kyle was very honest and straight forward on his estimate. While the quote was higher than some companies, he was able to install the hot water heater that afternoon. The two technicians arrived on time. Called on their way to the house.nVery professional and explained every step upon the install. Instructions given on how to light the pilot light if for some reason it ever goes out and tips on maintenance of the new hot water heater. Overall an excellent experience.

I am very very pleased with the installation of my bath Vanity! Ian came out and he was the most professional and kind young man to work with. He didn't waste any time installing the product!. It was also so very nice of him to move the old vanity to a resting location!. I am very pleased with Ben Franklin and all of the help that I have received with my plumbing needs!nnI had an issue of a suspected leak in my main bath 03/15/21. I had a very good technician, Jonathan, who came promptly and checked all around really well. He assured me that there was no leak and the types of things that happen with houses that may cause you to think otherwise. In my case, it was just the noise the water was making going down the drain. Jonathan was super nice to explain, professional and easy to talk to. I have been with Been Franklin a little while now and they are my go to for my plumbing needs!
