I live in Indiana and had to send a sympathy bouquet last minute.nThe staff at Kaleidoscope really came through and went above and beyond to make sure the recipient received the arrangement on time. I received a picture of the bouquet and I'm so impressed with the size of the arrangement! The price was great and the personalized service was top notch.
Recently done an order for a throw as a sympathy gift for a dear friend. Somewhere along the way, I thought I was ordering one thing, while the shop thought I was ordering a different thing. It wasn't until the delivery was made when I received a picture that I saw the mix-up. I emailed Joey about the order thinking I was getting a certain thing. He immediately explained what had happened and offered to get it corrected the next day. There isn't another place that you will order, something go wrong with the order, and the company take care of it with no issues at all. I offered to pay the difference but he refused to accept payment. We've used kaleidoscope many times and will continue to do so because of the professionalism they use!
My husband got me flowers for my birthday today, they were gorgeous!!!
