I ordered two bouquets online. They said they couldn't deliver to the address it was too far away. I understood and was just going to come and pick up the order myself. When I called to arrange this they said that I could but what I ordered online from their website they could not do. I had already placed this order and they said that they forgot to take it off the website and could not do it,because it was not a good price and they would have to charge more.. They did offer something else but no where close to what I had chosen. Poor service you cannot have something online and then not honor the order.

Awful!! I ordered through 1800flowers for my mother in law. A big pretty bouquet of fall colors called sweet citrus.....,what she got was a small purple one. I called and 1800flowers said it would be made right, a proper order delivered on Monday, that did not happen....,delivery not till Tues then THEY TOOK BACK THE FIRST ORDER! State they have to to see the mistake, BULL! The one they did bring was at least right colors and a bit bigger but still poor quality overall. I called and the lady was rude! She said as far as they were concerned it looked like the order pic ( truly wish I could post pics...,,you would laugh. Then said they would just go get it back and refund me.....,,I told her no way, leave it alone. I called 1800flowers again and they refunded me with a promise to leave the flowers. I emailed them pics. Very dissatisfied with this store

I placed the order through the funeral home website instead of going in person to the store. The florist did not have the flowers available that I selected. When the florist called me she was very nice in explaining the situation and was understanding of the hard time I was going through from losing my grandmother. She made the absolute best of a bad situation. The flowers she selected are beautiful and fresh. I highly recommend.
