I went after work one evening and the machine accepted my money I went in and stopped when told then the car wash done nothing. Did not turn back on. I got the number and called twice. Left messages and never heard back from the manager. Granted it was the $6 wash but still a call back would have been appreciated. Instead I got nothing and I never went back.
Great carwash service. Got my suv looking great!
It didn’t even clean my car. I have attached photos just moments after the car went through the tunnel. To be fair, I have selected the touch-free option, but this is unacceptable.
11.39 am oct 20. Justin poor management, Purchased the deluxe car wash, touch less, no one was there to prewash the bugs. Car was not that dirty. It did not do touch less it still washed it with the foam scrub pads then it did not rinse or dry left bugs on the front grill and grease marks on the car. Just tried to say it was road tar. No! He returned my call an hour later, as he don’t return calls on his personal cell the # was on the recording for emergency it was for we are traveling.
It was great but wish there was someone to scrub the tires to get them clean. What's the point in having the buckets if u dont have people stationed at them
