Morris did a great job! Came out next day and took care of cleaning out our septic tank. Gave some good advice on how to keep it working better and keeping it cleaned out more regularly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will continue to use him in the future!
Called and he was here in less than an hour. Did a great job. Friendly and gave us tips to keep our tank functioning at 100% for a very long time.
It took a little time to do the job, but that was because he did it himself (not a large crew). I found him to be honest and he explained what he was doing and explained why I had a couple of extra opening on the top side of my septic system. The explanation was that the previous septic service company had taken a shortcut and knocked small holes in the top of the tank instead of digging it up to remove the cover to properly service it.
I would highly recommend this plumber. He was very professional. He explained what he was doing and why. And made recommendations for preventing the problem from reoccurring. If you have any septic tank problems give Jimmie Mullen a call.
