Automated system is absolutely atrocious. Asks refill number for prescription just to refer you to the pharmacist immediately, where you will wait on hold for at least 15 minutes. During the entire hold time, it says the same exact message every thirty seconds. Eventually hung up after 25 minutes. I'm switching to a different pharmacy.
No order at the pharmacy, clerk did not pay attention to people waiting in line.
The Staff is Excellent, and we'll Trained by Manager Jodi Souza. Pharmacy is also a 5 !!!. Store can be shopworn as there is not enough budget to cover the open hours !!!
I always love CVS no matter where I am it seems as if the staff is been trained by one & the same policy. Since I moved to the northside, I go to that one. The service is great with the staff, the pharmacy however seem to be quite busy and often time. So some of the pharmacist may appear not to be connected to the customers.
Referring to the Pharmacy....nWish i could give a 0! Terrible service. Been going to this cvs for 7months now since i moved and every time i go there is a issue and i wait for atleast 30minutes. Today was almost an hour with multiple issues going on. Heads up their bums and just rude. Last time i go there! Already switches. No one smiles and god forbid there is a issue they just get more miserable. Done with this pharmacy.
