The finest in adalusia's by far. Great memories. Lovely staff and returned my lost ring that I was for sure I had lost. Thank you very much. Labor rooms are nice and big with nice bathrooms. Postpartum rooms are small thy need upgrading but besides that it's a wonderful place. Great memories. Thank you

Poor assessment to my problems

I called for an appointment at this office. I recently lost my PCP and new to the area. I am a liver transplant patient and need a doc to monitor my bloodwork etc for the transplant clinic. I fille out all the paperwork and spent weeks collecting all my records for them prior to appt. I drive an hour to the office. As I signed in... another person was looking over my paperwork, Suddenly I’m told that they don’t need my records and as a matter of fact they refuse to see me! When I asked why... because I wrote in my medication list that I am on pain pill. I stated I did not need pain meds as another clinic takes care of that. Just need a doctor for other issues. She still refused to let me be seen. I was upset and angry! I need a new PCP and I’m being discriminated against for my medication alone. Even though I’m not there for pain medication. I have considered a law suit against them. I would never consider this office for care. I’m not a drug addict nor asking for drugs. I’m a disabled 55 yr d retired RN and refused treatment without even being seen by a doctor. What they did to me is disgraceful and illegal!

I love and appreciate Jill and her staff. They are tops in my opinion. They are always polite and professional when I am in there. Ms. Elmore is very courgeous and willing to solve my problems.
