My husband, 2 toddlers, and I where homeless for two weeks in January 2021. While we looked for a permanent home we stayed at Super 8. I am sure there are many hotels in Dothan that are better with updated rooms but also more expensive. I've seen some that are much worse too for nearly the same price. I was very pleased by how clean, bug free, quiet, and safe the place was. I never saw the police there and everyone was very friendly and respectful. The office extended our stay several times without any hassles. And house cleaning replaced bed sheets and towels more often than I do in my own home. Thank you Super 8 Dothan staff you where an answer to prayer in a very trying time.

Room was DIRTY. The battery was out of the smoke detector. Floor was filthy. There is a pandemic. I brought my own disinfectant otherwise we would not stayed.

Excellent facility. Very clean and organized. Their sanitary methods were thorough. I came in after a long day at the hospital with a family member in critical care and they were wonderful. I was checked in quickly and with outstanding courtesy and kindness and my overall stay was very pleasant.

A couple of front desk people were helpful, but most completely useless. I've stayed here before for four days in late early November of 2018 and the staff was excellent. This time, from approximately August 17-24...Horrible, with the exception of a couple of front desk people. I had someone banging on my door at 1:30 am. Looked out the peephole and a guy was hunkered down outside my door. He ran off, jumped into a car and sped away. I called the front desk as I wanted to check on my car but didn't want to go out alone. Do you not have any type of security?

I stayed one there sheets were not clean the floor was dirty they have bugs and u will wake up with them crawling on u and you will find long black hairs in the towels in the tub and all over the room and when u try to tell them about it they say its ur fault I will never go back and hope they get closed down I have takin pictures and will be sending them on to the write people
