We've been without plumbing for nearly a month, 3 different plumbers came out and gave ridiculous solutions and prices. Randy from Puckett came and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. I am finding every site that allows me to leave a review so I can let everyone know that this place is the best in the area. So happy to not have to use someone else's restroom thank you so much randy!

I called this company for a plumbing issue. The owner came out and seemed to be in a rush. Wasn't professional at all. He told me what could be the problem and said someone else would be coming out soon after he left. No one ever came. They never even did a courtesy call to let me know that they weren't coming back out. 2 days later still haven't heard from them. I guess I'm supposed to know how to fix it on my own. ud83dude02
