During such challenging and difficult times it was so nice to have Kamille to help throughout this process. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. She took time to listen and understand all of our concerns and went above and beyond to make this the best experience possible.
Our time with David and group was unexpected and sudden. Our Bishop called Dave and made arrangements to talk to me. From the first conversation they were sympathetic, professional and efficient. Plans were made from the embalming to the viewing and funeral to the grave site. I have instructed my son if anything happens to me, call Dave at ValleyView Memorial.
What a beautiful experience I had at such a distraught time in My life...when a parent looses a child no matter how young or old ... your heart is broken ...know matter how you look at it... from the moment I stepped into Valley View Memorial ... everyone treated me as if I was part of their family... there was so much compassion for my loss... my son David didn’t have any life insurance so we had to pay for everything... I only had so much money to meet all of my sons last wishes... Megan and Walt were able to work with what funds I had available...In the end it turned out beautiful ...I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful turnout and end result... I only had a one day viewing and a cremation, but I was able to meet my Sons wishes... I have told so many people just how wonderful your team is and God forbid I need you in the future ...you are on my speed dial... God bless and watch over Valley View Memorial and the wonderful employees who take care of the needs of everyone who step through your doors... one more thing... David and the staff at Valley View Memorial were so attentive to our families needs during such a sad time for us. Their utmost professionalism was appreciated greatly. They made everything so much easier for me and took wonderful care of my father and my entire family. I am eternally grateful for their caring customer service.
