I did love this clinic until today. They have done so good in diagnosing and treating me and my wife. Today I got there with extreme rib pain. It was all good until the nurse practitioner came in. She asked if I had been tested for COVID. I told her no, well she lectured (very rudely) for putting everybody in danger, and said me and all my co workers and family all needed tested. Had she talked to me about this politely and respectfully we could have resolved this, but once again she was EXTREMELY rude. So I went to Chattanooga and my ribs are severely inflamed and one of them is pushed out some. They checked and I didn’t have pneumonia or COVID, he said I’m probably recovering from a cold and coughing damaged my ribs. So until this place removes her and puts someone respectful in we will NEVER be returning.

Very friendly and a very attentive Doc. She had me come to her office to chat about my lab results. While I did wait a while I did not have an appointments and appreciated they were taking time to clean rooms thoroughly and keep patients separated.

Every single person here was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took me in as a walk in and had me out extremely fast. Hands down best Dr. visit I've ever had. I hope I don't have to see them again, but if anything does arise it's definitely who I'll be going to.
