Dr. Mince has been practicing in Fort Payne for 35 years. He is warm, kind, compassionate and actually listens to his patients. He is thorough and his reputation in the community is obvious. You can tell it is not just a job for him. He has taken care of several members of my family and you could not ask for a better caregiver or listener.

Dr. Mince is a quack. He has my mother addicted to opiates. His staff is very rude and not professional at all. My mother is 75 years old and Dr. Mince just freely gave her opiates for 10 plus years. BEWARE OF THIS DRUG PUSHING DOCTOR!!!!
