Good business I like my Doctor jrm very good doctor they listen and under stand what ur explaining and very patient and helpful been going there for a while and I get my glasses very quickly and they get my prescription right every time good staff and everything I have nothing to complain about

Stopped in without an appointment due to my nose piece being broken suddenly. Not even a Pt. there, the young gentleman fixed my glasses within minutes and wouldn’t allow me to pay for the repair.nGreat customer service!

June 24th 2019: Called for a diabetic eye exam. I asked and was told I did not need money. Arrived, was examined and then taken into the eyeglass showroom, where I was told I needed $63. Explained. She said whomever told me that was wrong. I asked for my presciption (of which I did not originally request). She said they would mail it, after they received payment. Mailed the payment 7/3/19. Received a text message to schedule another appointment on 5/25/20 (more than 10 months later). Called CEC. Told them I was still trying to finalize our previous transaction. She said she would mail my prescription that day. Received the prescription on 6/15/20 (11 months after payment). ... Nope. Never again.nnCredit due: Doc McKissick (spelling?) had a great attitude and performed professionally.
