These people are very unprofessional. Noticed an increase on the automatic withdrawal from my bank account for the storage rent. Three days later I got the paper in the mail that the rent was going up ????? Who does business like this.
They are wonderful for price and size. Mike will work with you to make sure you will get the size you need. There is also climate controlled units at his other facilities.
Horrible service! Called ahead to reserve a unit, was told that the unit was available and it to come down the next day. After renting a U-Haul and loading everything we meet mike to find that he did not have that unit available and we were out of luck with a full U-Haul. Very unprofessional customer service. The unit we were shown was way smaller then what we were asking and had water in it.
