Recently had goods moved and there are missing and damaged items. They are willing to reimburse me for an item that was broken, even though it was not individually inventoried, it was part of a larger receptacle that was inventoried. They, however, are refusing to reimburse me for everything that was lost because they say they were not individually inventoried.nnThey contradict themselves this way and appear unwilling to reimburse me the full value of my belongings.
Just read the reviews below... all the same problems that they don't care about fixing. Lack of contact/info, ridiculously late arrivals (and I'm talking weeks to months), failure to own up to their responsibilities on lack claim info and refusing to help when presented with the problem that they caused in the first place. Their last good review was over a year ago. That should tell you everything you need to know about this place. A worse experience is impossible. I would've rather peddlebiked here with my stuff on my back, and that's not an exaggeration.
Be carefull when your Soldiers are being serviced by this company. They will drain as much money as they can from younger inexperienced SM's. Terrible Terrible treatment of our young heros.
HORRENDOUS! DO NOT USE!nnMoving west coast to east coast. Delivery was scheduled for Dec 15th. I was absolutely DELIGHTED hearing that the truck hadn’t even left the state! The gentleman we spoke to over the phone had no idea when the truck was leaving or when it would arrive. How is this not scheduled? I should’ve known this company was going to be a nightmare to work with when the first truck cancelled the day it was supposed to arrive!nnUpdate Dec 15th- well today was the day we were supposed to get our stuff and it’s still sitting somewhere across the country. It doesn’t even sound like they’re trying to find a carrier. This company lacks competence, effort, and empathy. Waste of my time.nnUpdate Dec 22nd- Our household goods were supposedly picked up yesterday but the company has made no attempt to notify us. The owner that responded to this review has also failed to respond to my emails.nnUpdate Dec 29th- Kenny, the little gem (sarcasm), notified us our household goods were on still schedule and set for delivery on the 31st.
My friends have been sleeping on the floor for over a month now because this company has been so inadequate, and hasn't given them their stuff yet. Its absolutely absurd to treat people like this. I don't believe they even have their drop off date yet as they've been having to call to get any sort of information on the matter. Absurd.
