I applied for a position with this company, I hold a masters degree in business and have more then enough experience for the job however, because of the person I knew who worked here my resume and application was dis guarded. I was judged on an employee and not my experience or resume. I feel that I was discriminated against and judged by the employees actions who referred me. I was not hired, contacted or even spoke too. They completely disregarded my application and resume. When questioned about my resume I was told they couldnt find it. Was it possible because it was thrown away? I do believe I will take this further. I no longer want a position with a company who totally disregarded me based on another actions.
